Maniar Family Speaks on Yoga Benefits
The Maniar family joined Amita's hatha yoga classes back in 2018 and since then they have continued to practice yoga and meditation together every week both in and out of class. Here, each of them share how they have personally seen the benefits of yoga including improved dietary habits, reduced stress, increased strength, and more. The boys ages 10 and 12 share how yoga has helped them at school, in sports, and at home.
