Healing Asanas

Practice these postures to help relieve headache, digestive trouble, insomnia and more.  Best if practiced daily.  Hold each pose for 30 sec or longer in the order shown.  Try to breathe deeply and relax in each pose, allowing time for the body to make the adjustments needed for healing.  These techniques are tried and true.  Feel the results after just one practice.
