About the Event
In this session, our speaker, Dr. Venigalla Rao, will share perspectives on the foundational principles of Sage Patanjali’s
Raja Yoga. Among these are: Being, Presence, and Surrender. The session includes a simple practice of
how breath movements, body movements, and awareness when synchronized could effortlessly lead to
'Beingness' or Self-realization. These will be the focus of our newly offered “Being Yoga” class which will start in January. Audience’s questions and participation in the class will be invited.
A session for all levels and practitioners - from completely new to advanced. Soak up the eternal wisdom of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and elevate your practice to new spiritual heights!
