So many of us are barely breathing, or breathing in a most shallow way, and we're losing our vital lung capacity and creating a ripe field for illness to pervade.  Learn how to breathe deeply and correctly, and change your natural breathing habits with this informative class that includes instruction, practice and guidance.

Free and open to all.
