Yantras are sacred geometric diagrams used in Hindu and Buddhist traditions to represent the universe and facilitate spiritual practices. Yantras serve as tools for meditation, manifestation, and spiritual connection.
The word “yantra” is derived from the Sanskrit root “yam,” which means “to control.” Thus, a yantra is essentially a tool for controlling energy and directing it toward your desire or intention. Every yantra vibrates at a specific frequency that resonates with the energies of the cosmos. When used in meditation or ritual practices, they can help you align your personal energy with universal energy. This alignment fosters clarity, focus, and spiritual growth.
